Supplements are an easy way of adding energy to your day. From caffeine to herbal supplements there are many different products on the market for you to choose from. Caffeine/Stimulant Products
Caffeine products are the most commonly used energy enhancing supplements used. Instead of taking the time to drink a venti mocha latte from Starbucks, down a couple caffeine pills and you're good to go. Moderate use of caffeine based stimulants will give you a nice boost when you really need it, but it isn't recommended to become reliant on these pills for a daily basis. Herbal Energy Enhancers
Herbal energy enhancers are more commonly recommended for daily use. These usually last longer and don't have some of the negative side effects that caffeine based stimulants. Such supplements usually contain ginseng, maca, Co-Q10, and B vitamins. Ginseng comes from an Asian root and is a very common ingredient in energy supplements.
